Standard Forked Halligan: A cost-effective alternative to our premium line of Halligan tools. This tool is held to the same high standards as the original Double-Tap breaching tools, but we use more cost-effective materials. The only difference is we replaced the titanium shaft with stainless steel. This reduces the cost with
no reduction in performance and with only 1.2 lb. of added weight. It uses the same handle locking system and Halligan head that has proven effective in the original tools. The head has been heat treated for long life.
