If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, everyday wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over an extended time and use. All damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate, and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Raptor Tactical, LLC is not liable for lost in-bound packages. All products accepted for evaluation or repair must be clean before shipment or will not be accepted.
