If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion. All damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate, and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Raptor Tactical, LLC is not liable for lost in-bound packages. All products accepted for evaluation or repair must be clean before shipment or will not be accepted.
