If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion.     One of the better handwarmers on the market, price included. Mounting options are very versatile and quickly interchangeable with split-bar clips on your plate carrier, chest rig, or just standalone with the waist strap it comes with. In terms of effectiveness, the heat generation from body heat alone is quite fast, and has saved my hands from frostbite in -12 degrees Fahrenheit, the muff took it like a champ. The openings are also adjustable and large enough to accommodate gloves. As for when it's out of season, it packs down to be extremely compact which is the main highlight of this muff. You can keep it in your kit and not worry about it occupying space. If you're on the fence about adding one of these to your kit, I'd highly recommend this one.
