SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Unless other arrangements are made, all products are shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday except holidays. Standard: In-stock merchandise normally ships within 1 to 2 business days after the order is processed. New and out of stock products can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to produce and ship. Some items, due to weight, dimensions, or BATF approval, may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive. International shipments and some oversized or heavy items are also subject to additional shipping fees. If you are in the military, please know we are grateful for your service and would be honored to know you are using Raptor Tactical products.

Shipping from Raptor Tactical to your APO or FPO address is easy because it is treated just like a normal domestic shipment. If you have an APO or FPO address, we will ship the package directly to you through the United States Postal Service. If you choose to make a purchase on this website, simply enter your APO or FPO as the "shipping address" when you make the order.

When we send an international shipment, we are required by law to declare the merchandise to customs at its retail value. Often times this translates to the buyer (you) having to pay a fee to the customs agency of your local government upon receiving the package. There is no way that Raptor Tactical can predict what these fees will be and we cannot declare your package contents as a gift in order to evade the customs fee.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns and Replacements must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any returned items at Raptor Tactical discretion. Returned items must be in new and unused condition and must include ALL original packaging. There are no refunds or returns on modifications or custom items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return. Returned items must have been purchased directly through Raptor Tactical. Raptor Tactical is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. We STRONGLY recommend using a trackable method of shipping when sending any items to us. VIEWING ORDERS

It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your Raptor Tactical ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the raptortactical.com tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
